The anodic oxidation of aluminium system measures 7,000mm in length and 1,250mm in height (usable dimensions), with four oxide tanks. We introduced the long-life chemical satinizing process known as “French Satinizing”, chemical satinizing which eliminates the defects caused from extrusion and machining, creating a uniform and velvety-to-the-touch effect, without the need of a mechanical pre-brushing.

Anodic oxidation, also known as anodization, it is an irreversible electrochemical process by which a protective layer of aluminum oxide is deposited onto the treated aluminum surface, protecting it from corrosion. The layer of deposited material is variable (usually 10 microns).
The treatment consists of the following steps: degreasing, chemical satinizing, depatination, anodic oxidation, any colorization, drying and fixing.
